RECIPE:
1 ripe Banana- mashed
2 tablespoons Chia Seeds
1/3 cup Rolled Oats
1/4 teaspoon Cinnamon
2/3 cup Nut Milk
1/3 cup Water

Nut Butter
Toasted Coconut
Spices (cinnamon, nutmeg allspice etc)
The night before- In a medium bowl, mash the banana until smooth. Stir in the chia seeds, oats, cinnamon, milk and water until combined. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
In the morning, consume cold or warm up. Add toppings of choice. If using protein powder, mix the powder with a little nut milk before adding to oatmeal.
