Apple Protein Oatmeal

Fall vibes coming in HOT!!! This oatmeal can be served hot or cold!

Change up the fruit to change up the flavor! This is apple cinnamon goodness!!!

RECIPE:


Apples:

1/2 tablespoon Coconut Oil

2 medium Apples- chopped

1 teaspoon Cinnamon

1/2 tablespoon Maple Syrup


Oatmeal:

2 cups Almond Milk

1 1/2 cups Rolled Oats

1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon Ginger

1 tablespoon Maple Syrup

4 tablespoons chopped Pecans


In a skillet, add coconut oil, syrup, cinnamon and apples and cook until softened.


Once apples are cooked and cooled start assembling the oatmeal bowls. Add 1/3 cup oats plus 1 tablespoon to a bowl. Add 1/2 cup almond milk, 1/2 scoop Livwell, 1 teaspoon syrup, 1 tablespoon pecans and cinnamon and ginger. Stir to combine and refrigerate overnight. Enjoy!
