Banana Cream Icebox Cake

The absolute BEST banana cram icebox cake- EVER!!!! Only 4 ingredients!!!

Perfect for cook outs, Summer get togethers or just for the family!! Super easy make!

RECIPE:

  • 2 (3.4 oz) packages sugar free banana instant pudding mix

  • 2 ½ cups low-fat milk

  • 1 tub (16 oz) light whipped topping, thawed

  • 11 oz graham crackers

  • graham cracker crumbles and/or fresh berries, for garnish (if desired)

    1. In a large bowl, whisk instant pudding mix and milk together for 2 minutes. Fold in ½ of the whipped topping.

    2. Cover the bottom of a 9 x 13 baking dish with a single layer of graham crackers. Add ½ the pudding mixture, spread into an even layer. Repeat with another layer of graham crackers and then the rest of the pudding.

    3. Cover and refrigerate overnight, or for at least 4 hours.

    4. Garnish with fresh berries and/or graham cracker crumbles, if desired. Slice and serve.
