Blackberry Cobbler

OMG this is SOOOO good!!! The blackberries make this dessert!!!

The perfect dessert for Fall- well anytime of the year!! Absolutely AMAZING!!!!

RECIPE:

6 tablespoons Butter (I used Melt Plant Based Butter)- melted

1 1/4 cup Monkfruit or sweetener of choice

1 cup Self Rising Flour (or all purpose flour and 1 tablespoon Baking Powder)

1 cup Whole Milk

2 cups fresh or frozen Blackberries


Preheat oven to 350 and spray a 6x9 baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.


In a medium bowl, whisk 1 cup sugar with the flour & milk. Whisk in the melted butter.


Spread cobbler mix in baking dish and spread out evenly. Drop blackberries onto batter and gently push down. Sprinkle sugar over the top.


Bake for 1 hour or until baked through.
