I am OBSESSED with this bread!! It is SOOO incredibly good and full of clean, real food!
So moist and flavorful!! This bread would be good with any fruit. Absolutely DELISH!!

RECIPE:
1 cup Monkfruit Sweetener (or sweetener of choice)
6 tablespoons Butter- softened (I used Melt Butter)
2 Eggs
1 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
1 cup Low-fat Milk
2 cups All Purpose Flour
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
2 cups Blueberries- fresh or frozen
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Grease a loaf pan.
Cream together the butter and sugar. Add the eggs, vanilla and milk- beat together. Add the dry ingredients and mix until combined. Fold in blueberries.
Pour batter into greased loaf pan and spread evenly. Bake for 60-75 minutes or until a toothpick comes out clean.
Allow to cool in pan for 10 minutes before cutting into slices.
