RECIPE:
1/4 cup light mayonnaise
2 teaspoon apple cider vinegar
1 teaspoon honey
1/4 teaspoon red chili flakes
1 pound broccoli cut into florets
1 carrot peeled and sliced thin
1 red bell pepper chopped
1 shallot sliced thin
1/4 cup reduced sugar cranberries
1/4 cup roasted cashews chopped (1/2 cup whole)
Combine all ingredients together and mix well. Let sit for 20 minutes or overnight. Serve cold.
