RECIPE:
1 pound 93% Ground Beef
1 ounce Tortilla Chips- crushed
1 teaspoon Chili Powder
1/4 teaspoon Black Pepper
1 small jar Salsa
1 Egg
3/4 teaspoon Salt
1/2 cup Light Shredded Cheese
Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Thoroughly mix beef, 1/2 the salsa, chips, egg, chili powder, salt and pepper in a large bowl. Place the beef mixture in a loaf shape on a small baking sheet.
Bake for 1 hour or until meat is cooked through.
Spread the remaining salsa over the cooked meatloaf and sprinkle on the cheese. Bake until the cheese is melted- about 5 minutes.
