Chickpea Basil Quinoa Bowl

Basil is my FAV so this bowl is perfection!!!

The perfect combination on Basil, Quinoa and Balsamic! Absolutely DELISH!!!

RECIPE:

3 cups cooked Quinoa (1/5 cups dry) cooked with broth for flavor

1 cup Chickpeas- drained & rinsed

1/2 cup Basil- chopped finely

2 tablespoons Balsamic Vinegar

Salt to taste


Cook Quinoa is broth per package instructions.


Combine all ingredients in a medium bowl and toss to combine.


4 Servings:

5sp (blue)

7sp (green)

1sp (purple)
