I LOVE chia pudding and this recipe is incredibly delicious!! And healthy!
Just like pudding but BETTER!! Lot of fiber and protein in this yummy dessert!

RECIPE:
1/2 cup unsweetened almond milk
1/2 cup non-fat Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons chia seeds

1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
1 packet sweetener (I used Whole Earth)
Add almond milk to a mason jar. Add in the yogurt and the chia seeds. Mix together to make sure the chia seeds are in the liquid.
Add in the cocoa powder, sweetener and protein powder.
Mix well and store in the fridge. Make it the night before so the chia seeds are gelatinous.
