Chocolate Pumpkin Muffins

Made from wholesome foods like pumpkin puree, eggs & maple syrup. WW friendly!

These muffins are incredibly moist and tender and perfectly spiced!! Ready in 30 minutes!

RECIPE:

Dry Ingredients:

1 1/2 cup Flour

1/2 cup Cocoa Powder

1 tablespoon Baking Powder

1 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon

1/2 teaspoon Salt

4 servings Lily's Chocolate Chips


Wet Ingredients:

1 cup Pumpkin Puree

2 large Eggs

1/2 cup Almond Milk

1/2 cup Maple Syrup

1/3 cup Applesauce

1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract


Preheat oven to 350 degrees. Line or spray a muffin pan and set aside.


Place all dry ingredients in a large bowl. Whisk until completely combined.


Add all wet ingredients and stir until smooth- make sure not to overmix. Fold in chocolate chips.


Portion batter evenly into 12 muffin cups . Bake for 20-22 minutes until tops are puffed and spring back gently when pressed with your fingertip.


Allow to cool and ENJOY!
