RECIPE:
1/3 cup Coconut Flour
1/3 cup Cacao Powder (or unsweetened cocoa powder)
1/3 cup Coconut Oil (melted)
5 Eggs
1/2 cup Maple Syrup
2 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
- In a medium bowl, whisk together the coconut flour and cacao (cocoa) powder.
- Whisk the coconut oil, eggs, maple syrup and vanilla. Mix well.
- Pour batter into greased baking dish (about 7x11) and bake at 350 until cooked through- about 30 minutes
- Allow to cool completely before cutting or they will crumble.
