Who doesn't LOVE homemade (clean eating!) Chocolate Chip Cookies??!!??
These cookies are really good and FULL size!! Soft, ooey gooey cookies!!!

RECIPE:
2 cups All-Purpose Flour (I used Organic)
1 1/2 teaspoon Arrowroot Powder (you can also use cornstarch)
1 1/2 teaspoon Baking Powder
1/4 teaspoon Salt
4 tablespoons Butter (melted & cooled slightly)
2 large Eggs - room temp
4 teaspoons Vanilla Extract
1/2 cup Monkfruit Sweetener
1/2 cup Coconut Sugar
4 servings/360 Lily's Chocolate Chips
Preheat oven to 350 degrees and add parmchment paper to baking sheet.
In a medium bowl, whisk together the flour, arrowroot/cornstarch and salt. In a separate bowl, whisk together the butter, eggs and vanilla. Stir in the sugars. Add wet ingredients and chocolate chips to flour mixture and stir until fully combined. Cover with plastic wrap and put into the fridge for 10-30 minutes.
Drop the cookie dough into 24 rounded scoops onto prepared baking sheet and press down with back of spoon to flatten. Bake at 350 for 9-11 minutes. Cool on baking sheet for 10 minutes before transferring the cookies to a wire rack.
