My 1st attempt at Chia Seed Pudding an it was a SUCCESS!! Delicious!!
A fantastic, filling, healthy and clean breakfast! Pair with an egg or two and you have perfection for Breakfast!!!

RECIPE:
1 cup Almond Milk or milk of choice (per pudding)
1 Vanilla Bean (if desired)
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla Extract (per pudding)
Dash of Salt
1 tablespoon Maple Syrup (per pudding)
1 tablespoon Chia Seeds (per pudding)
Add milk to jar, add chia, salt, vanilla and syrup and stir to combine. Put in refrigerator for 2-3 hours or until the pudding is set. Top with blueberries, strawberries, raspberries, chia seeds, almond or any toppings of your choice (points do not include toppings).
