RECIPE:
1 pound 93% Ground Turkey
1 pound Asparagus- cleaned and chopped
2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
2 teaspoons Onion Powder
2 teaspoons Dried Parsley
Salt & Pepper- to taste
1 tablespoon Oil (or use chicken broth to lower points)
In a large skillet, warm the oil. Add the turkey and break apart while cooking. Add in spices and asparagus and continue to cook until turkey is cooked through.
Serve with rice or potatoes or keep as is for a low carb meal!
