If you need a quick yet healthy and point friendly breakfast, overnight oats for the WIN!! This recipe is good for you and tastes incredible!! #cleaneating #WW #myww #weightwatchers

RECIPE:
1/4 cup Organic Oats
1 tablespoon Chia Seeds (or flax, hemp)
1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon
1/2 teaspoon Vanilla
1 tablespoon Unsweetened Coconut Flakes
1 tablespoon Sliced/Slivered Almonds
1/3 cup Almond Milk (or milk of choice)
1/4 cup Yogurt
Fruit of choice (about 1/2 cup)
Add all ingredients to mason jar and shake until combined. Put in your fridge
overnight for best results. Stir together and enjoy!!!
w/full fat yogurt: 8sp (blue & green) 6sp (purple)
w/fat free yogurt: 6sp (blue & green) 4sp (purple)
