Sausage, hash browns, savory seasonings and melted cheese makes this breakfast delicious!!
Slow cooker recipes are easy and this one is no different! It's absolutely incredible- and filling!

RECIPE:
10.5 ounce can of Cream of Mushroom Soup
1 cup low-fat Milk
32 ounces Shredded Hash Browns- defrosted
4 Sausages (2sp each link)- I used the Sam's Choice Chicken Apple Sausage
1 Onion- chopped
1 cup Light Shredded Cheese
1/2 teaspoon Thyme
1/2 teaspoon Parsley
Salt & Pepper to taste
In a sauce pan, simmer soup and milk until fully combined- about 2-3 minutes.
In a slow cooker, add hash browns and spread evenly. Add sausage, onion and 1/2 cup of cheese. Pour the soup mixture over the top.
Add seasonings and 1/2 cup of cheese. Cook on high until potatoes are soft- about 3 hours. Serve hot and enjoy!
