Great for a healthy Breakfast with yogurt, on oatmeal and just as a snack! Delicious!

RECIPE:
1/4 cup sliced almonds
1/4 cup sunflower seeds
1/4 cup pumpkin seeds
1/4 cup chopped pecans
1/4 cup unsweetened coconut fakes
1 tablespoon chia seeds
3 tablespoons light butter

Pinch of salt
Add nuts, coconut flakes & chia seeds to a small bowl and mix.
Melt butter in a small saucepan until browned. Add syrup and remove from heat.
Mix butter and syrup mixture into the nut mix and stir to coat.
Add parchment paper to a mall sheet pan and spread granola mixture into a thin layer.
Bake at 375 degrees for 15-20 minutes, Keep your eye on the granola so it doesn't burn.
