RECIPE:
1 large can of canned chicken - drained
1 egg
1 cup of light shredded cheese
Seasoning of choice
Mix all of the ingredients together in a medium bowl. Spray a mini muffin pan with nonstick cooking spray and add mixture. Bake at 350 for 15-20 minutes.
