Omelet with Cottage Cheese & Basil

The PERFECT omelet!! FULL of flavor and fresh basil, tomatoes and cottage cheese!

Add any extra veggies you want to change uo the omelet flavors! A super easy Breakfast!

RECIPE:

  • 1 large egg & 1 large eggs white

  • 1 tbsp. water

  • bunch fresh basil

  • 1/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese

  • 4-5 cherry tomatoes


  • Spray with nonstick cooking spray a frying pan and bake 1 thin omelet.

  • Chop the basil finely and mix with the cottage cheese. Season with freshly ground pepper.

  • Cut the tomatoes into quarters. Divide the cottage cheese and tomato over the omelets and roll it up. Cut diagonally and serve immediately.
