The PERFECT omelet!! FULL of flavor and fresh basil, tomatoes and cottage cheese!
Add any extra veggies you want to change uo the omelet flavors! A super easy Breakfast!

RECIPE:
1 large egg & 1 large eggs white
1 tbsp. water
bunch fresh basil
1/4 cup low-fat cottage cheese
4-5 cherry tomatoes
Spray with nonstick cooking spray a frying pan and bake 1 thin omelet.
Chop the basil finely and mix with the cottage cheese. Season with freshly ground pepper.
Cut the tomatoes into quarters. Divide the cottage cheese and tomato over the omelets and roll it up. Cut diagonally and serve immediately.
