Easy week night or weekend dinner- all in one pot- so easy clean up!!
Filling and easy meal- great meal prep!! Full of protein, veggies and even your carbs for the meal!

RECIPE:
1 teaspoon Oil
1 Onion- diced
3-4 cloves Minced Garlic or 1 tablespoon of jarred minced garlic
1 package Sausage (I used Al Fresco Chicken Apple)
2 cups Chicken Broth
1/2 cup low-fat Milk
1/2 teaspoon Seasoning Salt
8 ounces Fiber Gourmet Pasta (to order- https://www.netrition.com/cgi/goto.cgi?aid=4549
5 cups Broccoli Florets
1/5 ounces Parmesan Cheese
Salt & Pepper to taste
In a large skillet, add oil and bring to warm. Add in sausage, onion, garlic and sausage. Cook until onions are tender and sausage is browned.
Stir in the chicken broth, milk, season salt, noodles and broccoli.
Bring to a boil and cover. Reduce heat to low and simmer for 12-14 minutes or until the liquid is reduced and the noodles are cooked through.
Stir in parmesan and enjoy!!
