My favorite omelet made into 6 omelets! SO easy and truly DELISH!!
Very high protein and full of all of the Denver omelet flavors!

RECIPE:
8 eggs
1/2 cup whole milk
1 cup shredded cheese- light
1 cup ham chopped fully cooked (8oz)
1/2 cup onion
1/2 cup green pepper
Preheat oven to 400 degrees. In a medium sized mixing bowl- whisk together eggs and milk. Add in cheese, ham, onion and green pepper.
Pour into a greased 9x9 baking dish.
Bake for 25 minutes or until golden brown.
