Peanut Butter Baked Oatmeal

The ideal make ahead Breakfast! Hearty & nourishing and the perfect Breakfast!!

RECIPE:

1 cup milk of choice

2 bananas - Mashed

1 large eg

2 Tablespoons maple syrup or sugar free

1/3 cup peanut butter

1/2 teaspoon baking powder

1/2 teaspoon cinnamon

1/4 teaspoon salt

1 cup Rolled Oats

1/2 cup Chopped Peanuts


Preheat oven to 350 degrees.

In a large mixing bowl, combine mashed bananas, milk, egg, maple syrup, peanut butter, baking powder, cinnamon, salt, and half of the chopped peanuts.

Mix the rolled oats into the milk mixture. Let the oats sit for 10 minutes, top the mixture with the rest of the peanuts, and bake for 40 -50 minutes.
