RECIPE:
1 pound Chicken Breast
1 can Pineapple Tidbits (no sugar added) or fresh Pineapple
Marinade:
1/4 cup Coconut Aminos or Soy Sauce
1/4 cup Sukrin Gold (to order- https://www.netrition.com/cgi/goto.cgi?aid=4549
Juice from can of Pineapple
1/4 cup Tomato Paste
2 teaspoons Garlic Powder
2 teaspoons Chili Powder
1 teaspoon Smoked Paprika
Cut chicken into strips. In a large skillet, spray with nonstick cooking spray and add chicken. When about 1/2 way cooked through, add marinade. Let simmer 10-15 minutes or until chicken is fully cooked. Add in pineapple and allow to simmer 5 minutes.
Add to rice, veggies, potatoes or just about anything you'd like and of course, enjoy!
