Pizza Bowl

A easy crustless, low carb pizza option that tastes incredible! You will NOT miss the crust

RECIPE:

  • 2 cups pizza sauce

  • 1 cup light mozzarella cheese - shredded

  • 1 cup mushrooms sliced

  • 4 turkey sausage links- out of casing


  • In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the sausage and mushrooms until brown.

  • Preheat oven to 400°

  • Put ¼ cup pizza sauce into each of four oven safe bowls- I used these ramekins: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09SF14QYL

  • Divide the sausage and mushroom mixture between the four bowls.

  • Top each bowl with ¼ cup of cheese

  • Spread the remaining sauce over each bowl

  • Top each bowl with the remainder of the cheese

  • Bake until the cheese melts and begins to turn slightly golden brown, about 10 minutes.
