A easy crustless, low carb pizza option that tastes incredible! You will NOT miss the crust

RECIPE:
2 cups pizza sauce
1 cup light mozzarella cheese - shredded
1 cup mushrooms sliced
4 turkey sausage links- out of casing
In a large skillet over medium-high heat, cook the sausage and mushrooms until brown.
Preheat oven to 400°
Put ¼ cup pizza sauce into each of four oven safe bowls- I used these ramekins: https://www.amazon.com/dp/B09SF14QYL
Divide the sausage and mushroom mixture between the four bowls.
Top each bowl with ¼ cup of cheese
Spread the remaining sauce over each bowl
Top each bowl with the remainder of the cheese
Bake until the cheese melts and begins to turn slightly golden brown, about 10 minutes.
