RECIPE:
1 pre-made protein shake of your choice (my favs are Alani, Premier, Muscle Milk and Fairlife)
Shots of espresso, cold brew or coffee
Ice
Pull shots of coffee or add coffee to the cup. Pour in protein shake, add ice and enjoy!
