Protein & Fruit Parfaits

Packed with protein, fruit, sliced almonds and granola! Seriously SO good!!

Also makes a GREAT Breakfast!! Super easy to make and portable for busy days!

RECIPE:

3 cups nonfat greek yogurt- plain

1/3 cup honey

Zest of one Orange

2 cups Orange segments

2 cups fresh Raspberries

1/4 sliced Almonds- toasted

4 tablespoons Protein Granola


Toast the almonds in a small skillet until brown and toasted.


Mix yogurt, honey and orange zest in a medium bowl and set aside.


Add yogurt, then fruit to a mason jar or bowl. Add another layer of yogurt and fruit. Top with granola and almonds (just before eating) and enjoy!
