1 egg

1 pineapple ring

1 cherry


Add Lakanto Golden to the bottom of your muffin pan or baking dish. Add ineapple and cherry to the middle. Add protein powder, egg and applesauce to a bowl and mix. Top pinepple. Bake at 350 degrees for 15-30 minutes.
