This bread is so good! the raspberries give it a freshness and the bananas it's sweetness! Husband approved!! :)

RECIPE:
1 1/2 cups Flour (I used organic whole wheat)
2 teaspoons Baking Powder
6 tablespoons melted Butter (I used Melt Plant Based Butter)
3 overripe Bananas
2 Eggs
2 tablespoons Maple Syrup
1 teaspoon Vanilla Extract
1 cup Raspberries (fresh or frozen)
Preheat oven to 325 degrees and grease bread pan.
Whisk together flour and baking powder in a large bowl. Melt butter and add to bowl along with the mashed bananas, egg, syrup and vanilla. Mix together well.
Gently fold in raspberries until evenly distributed. Pour into greased loaf pan and spread out until even.
Bake for 40 minutes or until a toothpick can be inserted and it comes out clean. Allow to cool before serving.
