This is probably my FAVORITE side dish! It's so full of flavor and SO cheesy!!
Healthy and low carb! Truly the BEST side dish! Lasagna without the noodles!!!

RECIPE:
8oz low-fat Ricotta Cheese
1/2 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
1 large Egg
1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning
Salt & Pepper to taste
1/2 cup zero point Marinara
1/2 cup low-fat shredded Mozzarella Cheese
Mix ricotta, parmesan, egg, seasonings together and spread in an oven safe dish.
Pour marinara on top and sprinkle on the mozzarella cheese.
Bake in a 45 degree oven for 2-25 minutes or until it's hot and bubbly. Enjoy!
