Easy, simple, clean and healthy burgers!! Eat with or without the English Muffin!
Really delicious and super point friendly! You can enjoy it without the English Muffin to save points!!

RECIPE:
1 14.75 ounce can Salmon
1/4 cup diced Red Onion
1/4 cup diced Red Pepper
1/4 cup + 2 tablespoons chopped Dill
Zest from one Lemon
1/4 cup Lemon Juice
2 Egg Whites
1/3 cup Oat Flour

1/2 cup plain Non-Fat Greek Yogurt
1 clove crushed Garlic
Arugula- to top burgers
English Muffin of choice (I used the Ezekial)
Salt & Pepper to taste
Sauce:
Combine yogurt, garlic, 2 tablespoons dill and 2 tablespoons lemon juice in a small bowl. Season with salt & pepper and set aside.
In a separate bowl, add salmon, onion, pepper, rest of the dill, lemon zest, lemon juice, egg whites & oat flour. Stir to combine. Season with DAKS and salt and pepper to taste.
Use your hands to shape 4-5 burgers. Heat a skillet over medium heat and spray with nonstick cooking spray. Heat for 4 minutes per side or until browned and cooked through.
Add burger patty to toasted english muffin and top with dill sauce. Enjoy!
