Savory Breakfast Bundt Cake

Simple, savory, filling & DELICIOUS!!!! Full of flavor and everything you need in breakfast!

Savory breakfasts are one of my favorites! Packed with protein and low in points!

RECIPE:

1 cup diced Ham

2 cups Baby Spinach - chopped

1/4 teaspoon Minced Garlic

2 teaspoons Daks Green Zest (to order- https://daksspices.com/buy-daks

2 cups frozen shredded Hashbrowns

12 sweet Rolls

1/4 cup Green Onions, chopped

12 large Eggs

2 cups Low Fat Milk

1 cup Whole Milk

1 cup shredded Light Cheese


Preheat oven to 400 degrees and spray a Bundt pan with nonstick cooking spray.


In a skillet sprayed with nonstick cooking spray and add spinach. Cook until wilted. Add garlic and cook until fragrant.


Remove spinach an set aside. Add nonstick spray and add hash browns. Cook until crispy. Remove and let cool.


Add cubed bread to Bundt pan. Add ham, green onions, spinach, hash browns and top with cheese.


In a medium bowl, add eggs and milks as well as the seasonings and pour over the breakfast mixture.


Put Bundt pan on a baking sheet and bake for 40 minutes or until eggs are cooked through.
