RECIPE:
1 cup cooked Quinoa
1.5 cups Roasted Veggies with 2 teaspoons Avocado Oil (I roasted Butternut Squash & Asparagus)
1/4 cup full fat yogurt
2 tablespoons Trader Joe's Green Goddess Dressing
Salt & Pepper- to taste
