1 (10.75-ounce) can cream of mushroom soup- I used Healthy Request

1 (15-ounce) can kernel corn, drained
2 cups (8-ounces) shredded cheddar cheese- Light
1 (16-ounce) package frozen tater tots

Warm a large (10”) skillet over medium-high heat. Add ground beef, onion, garlic powder, and salt to skillet. Cook until the beef is cooked through, using a spatula to break up the ground beef as it cooks.
Add mushroom soup, green beans, corn, and 1/2 cup cheese to the beef in the skillet. Stir to combine.
Spread the beef mixture into the prepared baking dish.
Arrange tater tots in a single layer over the ground beef mixture.
Sprinkle the remaining cheese over the top of the tater tot casserole.
Bake uncovered for 30-40 minutes until tots are golden brown and hot.
