Teriyaki Burger

A great ropical vibes burger loaded with bacon, pineapple and teriyaki sauce! Yum yum!!

RECIPE:

4 Buns

1 Pound lean ground beef

1/3  Cup Teriyaki Sauce, divided

Salt and Pepper, to taste

4 Slices Pineapple, core intact (see note)

4 tablespoons light Mayonnaise

4 Slices light Cheese

4 Slices center cut Bacon, cooked


Mix the meat gently with the 1/4 cup teriyaki sauce.

Form into 4 burgers

Place on the grill, skillet or oven and cook through.

Using a spoon drizzle the remaining teriyaki over the burgers.

Place pineapple, bacon and cheese over each burger right before it is done and close the lid to melt the cheese.

Add mayo to bun and enjoy!

5 points each (not including bun)
