RECIPE:
3/4 cup uncooked Rice
1 pound 99& Ground Turkey
1 tablespoon chopped Garlic
1 tablespoon chopped Ginger
4 Scallions- diced
1 cup Frozen Peas
1 cup Snow Peas- halved
4 carrots- sliced
2 tablespoons Hoisin Sauce
2 tablespoons Rice Vinegar
Cook rice according to package directions.
Meanwhile, spray nonstick cooking spray in large skillet. Over medium-high heat, add turkey, garlic, ginger and half the scallions. Cook breaking up turkey until browned- 3-5 minutes.
Add rice, peas, snow pea, carrots, hoisin sauce an vinegar to the turkey mixture and cook until heated through, 2-3 minutes. Top with remaining scallions
