This easy Turkey Ranch Club is PERFECT for a healthy, protein packed Lunch! Yum!
RECIPE:
1 low carb flour tortilla
2 tablespoons light ranch dressing
1 serving oven-roasted turkey breast (deli style)
1 slice cheese of choice
2 slices cooked turkey or center cut bacon
3 thin tomato slices
¼ cup chopped romaine lettuce
Assemble. Lay the tortilla flat on a cutting board or work surface. Spread the ranch dressing over the center of the tortilla. Add the turkey, cheese, bacon, tomato, and romaine.
Roll it up. Fold the tortilla over the filling, fold in the sides of the tortilla, and then roll the tortilla around it all, burrito style
